Internet security is important to us all, with CRAFTEE you choose how you want to pay.

Simply place your order online and pay by Credit or Debit Card through Secure Servers, you may also make a payment from your PayPal Account or pay by 3V Visa Prepaid Vouchure.

Order On-line
Click on the Buy Now link, next to the item you wish purchase, this will add the selected item into your shopping cart. You will be automatically taken to View your Cart. Click Continue Shopping to return to the last page you were on.

MAJOR SITE UPGRADE
To make it easier and faster to use the CRAFTEE Web Site, we are carrying out a Major Site Upgrade. When the upgrade is complete, you will no longer be taken to view your Cart after every purchase. At present some pages work the old way and some (more each day) will work the new quicker way. We are sorry if this causes confusion during the change over, but Paul is working as fast as he can to get it all completed. Stock Levels
We aim to carry most items in stock at all times and stock levels for most products are indicated on our web site. Any items out of stock due to unprecedented demand will be marked on the relevant page. If you require more of a product than we are showing in stock, please Email us BEFORE ORDERING. If you place an Order for a greater quantity than we show in stock we will issue a CRAFTEE Gift Voucher for the difference in value.

View Cart
Here you can check every thing is OK. If you have made a mistake you have the opportunity to change the Quantity (to zero if you have ordered the wrong item) and recalculate your order value. Select either the UK Only or Southern Ireland postage option and your Postage, Handling & Packaging is calculated straight away, so you can see where you stand. If you wish to buy more, click the Continue Shopping Button and you will be taken back to the Main Site. If you have finished shopping click on Go To Payments.

Payments
Fill in your Name and address in the Purchase Details section. PLEASE NOTE if you are paying by Credit or Debit Card, this MUST be the address where your Card statement is sent to. Failure to enter the correct address WILL delay your Order. You may enter a seperate Shipping Address if you don't want your Order posted to your Card Address.
PLEASE give us a phone number, in case we need to contact you about your order.

Please be VERY CAREFUL when entering your e-mail address as our Automated System will e-mail a copy of your order to you.

Pay by Credit or Debit Card
Select Payment by Credit Card and click Continue. Enter your card details. On completion of Payment your order will be automatically entered into our system.
Our System will automatically send you an email confirming your order details, if you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch to check your Order status.
We will usually post your order within two working days of receiving your Credit or Debit Card payment.
Important Note:- selecting Courier Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working Days it takes us to process your Order.

Pay by PayPal
Select Payment by PayPal and click Continue. You will be taken to PayPal.co.uk . Log in to your PayPal account (or create on if you haven't got one) and make the payment. On completion of Payment your order will be automatically entered into our system.
Our System will automatically send you an email confirming your order details, if you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch to check your Order status.
We will usually post your order within two working days of receiving your PayPal payment.
Important Note:- selecting Courier Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working Days it takes us to process your Order.
You can Shop without sharing your financial information when you pay with PayPal. Your credit/debit card numbers are never seen by the seller. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you get extensive protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account

Pay by 3V Visa Prepaid Voucher
Select Payment by Credit Card and click Continue. You will be taken to the Secure Servers of WorldPay. Select Visa and enter your 3V Visa Prepaid Card details. On completion of Payment your order will be automatically entered into our system.
Our System will automatically send you an email confirming your order details, if you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch to check your Order status.
We will usually post your order within two working days of receiving your 3V Visa payment.

Minimum Order Value
Due to the high cost of Payment and Order Processing, we have a Minimum Order Value of £10.00.

Pay by Cheque
Unfortunately, due to increasing Fruad and Bank Charges, we are unable to accept Payment By Cheque

Gift Vouchers
If you have a Valid Gift Voucher, please place your Order as usual, then on the Cart Page, enter it's code in the Gift Voucher Box and click on the Recalculate button, your Order Total will be adjusted accordingly.
