CB218B: Navy Blue Shirt Shaped Card
PO361: Silver Transparent Happy Birthday Peel Off

Then we used the Die Cut Tie (Supplied with the Card Blank) as a Template to cut out a Patterned Tie using Paper from our Paper Pack.
