Fixed Charge for all Orders of £5.99

This is a Guaranteed, Fully Tracked, Delivery Service, simply the quickest way to get your Order. We use either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or our Courier, depending on the weight of the Parcel.

Important Note, selecting Courier/Special Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working Days it takes us to process your Order.
Please note that deliveries to some parts of Scotland may take longer.

SECOND CLASS POST
Some customers have been letting us know that Second Class Post is taking longer than expected to arrive.

We want you to receive your Craftee products as soon as possible, so we have decided to withdraw our Second Class Post option.

Southern Ireland - Postage, Handling and Packaging

Deposit for all Orders for P&H&P of £20.00

This is a Guaranteed, Fully Tracked, Delivery Service which takes two working days

We realise our Southern Ireland Postage deposit is very high, but we need to cover for heavy Parcels, which are expensive to send Air Mail.

On completion of your Order we will calculate the EXACT postage cost for the Parcel and add a Packing and Handling charge of £2.50.

We will then issue a refund for the difference between this cost and the deposit paid.

We think this is the fairest way, and we hope you agree.

Royal Mail do not offer guaranteed delivery times, merely 'Delivery Aims' and will not declare a package as 'lost' until after 15 working days (Please note that this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays)

If your Parcel has not arrived within 5 Working Days, please check with your Local Delivery Office, if they cannot help, please let us know, so that we can investigate on your behalf.
