This is a Guaranteed, Fully Tracked, Delivery Service, simply the quickest way to get your Order. We use either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or our Courier, depending on the weight of the Parcel.

Important Note, selecting Courier/Special Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working Days it takes us to process your Order.

Orders up to £10.00 - P&H&P £1.75
Orders up to £15.00 - P&H&P £2.35
Orders up to £22.50 - P&H&P £2.95

Orders over £30.00 - P&H&P £3.99

Orders Over £34.00 or 1 kg we use Parcel Post or
Special Delivery at our discretion.

SECOND CLASS POST
Some customers have been letting us know that Second Class Post is taking longer than expected to arrive.

We want you to receive your Craftee products as soon as possible, so we have decided to withdraw our Second Class Post option.

We are sorry for having to do this, but we have reduced the price of our First Class lower bands to compensate.

Southern Ireland - Postage, Handling and Packaging

Standard charge for all Orders for P&H&P of £18.00

This is a Guaranteed, Fully Tracked, Delivery Service which takes two working days

Royal Mail do not offer guaranteed delivery times, merely 'Delivery Aims' and will not declare a package as 'lost' until after 15 working days (Please note that this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays)

If your Parcel has not arrived within 5 Working Days (9 Working Days for 2nd Class Pot), please check with your Local Delivery Office, if they cannot help, please let us know, so that we can investigate on your behalf.

All Parcels are insured against loss in the post.
