Posting Days

Order Delays
As we were attending the Hobbycrafts Show last week, we have a large backlog at the moment.
All Orders are being processed in strict rotation. Please allow a few extra days before your Order is posted.
If you need your items urgently, please email BEFORE Ordering and we will try to give you an accurate date.
Please Note: Your Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order.

 
Our aim is for all CRAFTEE Orders to be Posted Two Working Days* after you placed your Order.

* Some larger Orders may take a few days longer than Two Working Days, please Contact Us if your Order is Urgent.

We treat Orders placed after 6.00pm as if they were placed on the next working day.

Here is a Chart showing when we will Post your Order, we will send you an e-mail, to let you know that your Order is on it's way to you.

Important Note:- selecting Courier/Special Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working Days it takes us to process your Order.
