Deliveries
We aim to carry most items on our web site in stock at all
times. We usually despatch orders within two working days of receiving
payment. Important Note:-
selecting Courier Delivery DOES NOT affect the Two Working
Days it takes us to process your Order. Any
items out of stock due to unprecedented demand will be marked on
the relevant page. If any of the goods are out of stock but due
to arrive in the next few days, we may delay your order until these
arrive. If we anticipate a significant delay (two weeks or more)
we will advise you by e-mail to see if you wish to cancel that part
of the order. In any circumstance we will despatch your Order within
28 days. In certain circumstances we may part deliver your Order,
with any outstanding items sent "To Follow" at our expense.
Order Progress
Some CRAFTEE
products are so unique that even we cannot obtain more stocks, these
will be removed from "display" immediately. Please feel
free to e-mail us at any time to check the progress of your order
(don't forget to include your order reference).
Prices
We aim to keep our prices as competitive as we possibly can. There
are occasions when price increases are forced upon us by our suppliers.
In this case the prices displayed on the web site will be adjusted.
When an order is placed the Prices shown on the web site at the
time will be honored.
V.A.T.
Due to the Increase in the VAT Threshold, we are not required to
include VAT in our Prices.
Minimum Order Value
Due to the high cost of Payment and Order Processing, we have a
Minimum Order Value of £5.00.
Shortages
Please check your CRAFTEE
Order immediately on arrival. In the unlikely event of any shortages,
you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and we
will happily send you the missing item(s).
Damaged Items
Please check your CRAFTEE
Order immediately on arrival. In the unlikely event of any damaged
items, you must advise us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Please keep the damaged Items to one side and claim from Royal Mail
(or our Courier) for the damage.
Missing Parcels
If your Parcel has not arrived within 5 Working Days, please
check with your Local Delivery Office (or check the tracking information
supplied for Courier Deliveries), if they cannot help, please let
us know, so that we can investigate on your behalf.
In the unlikely event of a lost or missing parcel, you must advise
us within 14 days of despatch (we will send you an email on the
day we despatch your Order). We will follow up the Parcel for you,
make the necessary Claim from Royal Mail (or our Courier) for it's
loss and re-supply the entire Order.
If we have not been advised within 14 days,
we will assume the parcel has been delivered and any claim for Loss
will become the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with every purchase, if you are
unhappy with any CRAFTEE
product, except ones specially made for you, you may return it for
Refund or Exchange, within 7 days of receipt of your order, subject
to the following terms:-
1) Products returned must
be unopened, in original packaging and in re-salable condition.
2) Any Items returned which are not in re-salable condition, will
NOT be refunded.
3) Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4) In the case of an Exchange there will be an additional charge
to cover the cost of re-posting the Order.
5) In the case of products specially made such as Card Blanks, there
will be a 50% re-stocking charge.
6) There will be a Refund Charge based on the Value of the Product
being returned, to cover the finance charges incurred by us processing
the transaction. The Minimum Refund Charge is £1.75
CRAFTEE
will refund the full value of the product but will not reimburse
for any postage packing and handling charges unless: -
1) The product arrived damaged.
2) The wrong product was shipped as a result of our error.
3) The product was not as described.
Returns Procedure
1) If you wish to return any goods received, please e-mail us within
7 days of receipt of the Goods.
2) When we understand your requirements we will issue a Returns
Authorisation Number (RAN), the goods may then be returned us.
3) Carefully re-pack the Items and include the original packing
list.
4) Mark the Outside of the Packet with your RAN number.
5) Post the Packet to the address below.
6) We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot
accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post.

Under no circumstances must any
item(s) be returned without first obtaining a Returns Authorisation
Number.
If the Returns Procedure above
is not followed, no refunds will be given.
Cancellation.
You may cancel a CRAFTEE
order at any time up until it is despatched.
There will be a cancellation charge, dependant on the value of the
Order, (Minimum Charge is £1.75), to cover our admin costs
and the finance charges incurred by us.
Liability
CRAFTEE
have used reasonable care in compiling the
content of this site and we can accept no liability for any inaccuracy,
error or omission. We can also accept no responsibility or liability
for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the
use of any ideas or instructions contained on this site.
Choking Hazard
Please be aware that many of the items sold by CRAFTEE
could constitute a choking hazard. We strongly advise you to keep
these items away from small children, particularly those under the
age of five years.
ALL
of Our products are sold as Craft and Decorative items, NOT as Toys.
The Offensive Weapons Act 1996
Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996 it is an offence for anyone
in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting
tools that could be used to harm others. In purchasing from this
site, you are accepting the terms and conditions on this page and
certify that, should you be purchasing a knife, you are over 16
years of age and agree to provide CRAFTEE
with truthful and accurate information and to act in accordance
with the Offensive Weapons Act 1996.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use
the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future (except in connection with
your Order) unless you have given us your consent.
We will NEVER pass any of your details to any third party.
The type of information we will collect about you is limited to:-
Your Name, Address, Phone number and E-mail address.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If
you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance
with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments
about privacy, you should e-mail us.
Business to Business
Business to Business transactions are not covered by the Distance
Selling Regulations. We are happy to supply Business customers,
but please note that any items returned will be subject to a 20%
restocking charge. If you have paid by Debit Card, Credit Card or
PayPal, there will also be a Refund Charge (Minimum Charge is £1.50),
to cover the finance charges incurred by us processing the transaction.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights according
to English Law.
